- Step 2: A behavioral therapist specializing in stress management will help you identify your fears.
- Step 3: A simulator flight (20 min) + Relaxation session.
What does the activity include
- Anti-Stress Course (9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
- Presentation of the world of air.
- Session with a therapist.
- Flight on simulator (20 min).
- Relaxation session.

The courses will be organized throughout the day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
