Description of Sailing day on a sailboat in La Rochelle
The good weather is coming, the desire to escape is becoming stronger and stronger... How about a day excursion aboard a sailboat?We will take you sailing on the Atlantic Ocean, departing from La Rochelle. This commune is located in Charente-Maritime, in the South-West of France. It is located opposite the islands of Ré, Oléron and Aix.
We will meet you in La Rochelle at the Port des Minimes. Once you arrive on site, you will find our crew who will welcome you in a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will then leave for a few hours of navigation. At lunchtime, you will go to a protected bay to have lunch and swim.
Following this, you will set sail again until 5 p.m. During this excursion, you will learn, if you wish, to make 3 knots, to start the engines, to master the sail... However, nothing is obligatory: you can also just enjoy the sun, the joys of the sea, the landscape and a relaxed atmosphere!
At the end of the day, you will debrief with the crew about this moment at sea!
