Upon arrival, the instructor will give you a brief instruction on paddling techniques, safety rules and behavior on the water. Then you will receive your equipment which includes the life jacket, paddle and canoe.
Once you've received instructions, you can board and begin your journey on the water. If you are a beginner, it can be useful to first familiarize yourself with the canoe before setting off on an adventure.
The fun can begin: under the sun, you can paddle at your own pace and explore the surroundings. The slow pace of the paddle, the sound of the water and the absence of noise pollution will make you feel in total harmony with nature, more calm and relaxed.
