A warm welcome awaits you at our leisure center in Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, about an hour's drive from Périgueux andBrive-la-Gaillarde. /li>
- Then, our instructors will give you a briefing and pass you the equipment.
- The instructor will review safety instructions and canoe navigation procedures with you. Then you board the shuttle which will transport you to the departure location.
- You will hand over the equipment to the instructors and tell them about your trip once you have completed the 9 km.

Are you planning a trip to the Dordogne? Are you looking for an activity that will give you unparalleled pleasure during your stay?Follow us on a fantastic canoe trip that begins in front of one of Europe's largest sites of magnificent architecture,La Roque Saint Christophe, and continues along the river until 'at the base of Les Eyziesbut also a relaxing descent towards the enormous cliffs of the Ruth and the castle of the Périgord Noir, the Maison Forte de Reignac.
Here is how the activity unfolds:
- We will meet you 30 minutes before the indicated departure time, then we will check you in and give you the equipment in vest, single or double paddle, your choice, before taking you back to the departure point by bus.
- A member of the crew will give you a briefing, after which you will be left to your own devices on the water for a descent at your own pace!
- There is no fixed return time; the times mentioned are paddling times, not the total time!
- Finally, return to base for a debriefing with our teachers and handover of equipment.
- You have at your disposal reserved parking, tables, toilets and a snack bar.
- In summer, the river descends to a low level and has very little current, the descent is therefore a little more sporty, be careful to choose the length of the route according to your abilities.
- No need to take a long route to spend the day on the water, you take as long as you want whatever route you choose!
