Canoe trip in Sermizelles - 1 day

An activity that allows you to travel the la Cure river for a day aboard a canoe. A fun, hassle-free experience that will allow you not only to discover the department of Yonne, but also to break your routine.

A 14 kilometer route, starting from the town of Sermizelles, for a calm and peaceful crossing, where you will be surrounded by greeneryand landscapes which will undoubtedly charm you. With an average duration of 4 hours, you will take your time to appreciate the moment and the bubble in which you will be totally disorientated.

You will have the opportunity to contemplate a multitude of panoramas associated with this beautiful region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, such as the Malakoff Tower , the village Voutenay-sur-Cure with its charming old buildings, but also the caves of Arcy-sur-Cure. The softness and rusticity of this region will undoubtedly seduce you.

How does the activity take place?

You will arrive at the starting point which is at Arcy-sur-Cure, where you will leave your vehicle to take a shuttle which will take you to Sermizelles , where the activity will actually begin. You will be accompanied by a warmand very attentive instructor who will provide a briefing, give you your equipment and your canoe strong>, then will briefly tell you about the safety instructions to follow. Once everyone is ready, it will be time for you to go into the water and embark towards attractive horizons that will allow you to benefit from undeniable rest. Towards the end of your activity, you will return to Arcy-sur-Cure where you will hand over the equipment to the staff and return to your vehicle with lots of exceptional souvenirs.

Don't forget to bring your picnic and a bottle of water. The canoes are two-seater, with the possibility of a 3rd passenger (child between 7 and 11 years old).
