You will be accompanied by a guide, experienced and knowledgeable about the region, with 15 years of experience in the world of extreme sports. Program of the activity:

• After welcomeat the designated assembly point, an approach walk is planned to take you towards the river. It is on board this one that you will equip yourself before receiving a complete briefing on the progress of the half-day, the techniques and tips for swimming in the river as well as the safety instructions that you must respect.

• Then, you must follow the guide in single file, who will give you instructions throughout the hike. Please note that the route blocks some rocks which will allow you to jump into the magnificent waters of the gorges.

• At the end of the half-day, it would therefore be time to return to the starting point via a return walk to find your vehicles directly.

• The months of July and August are the ideal months for carrying out the aquatic hikewhen the EDF dam is closed for safety considerations.
