Canyon descent La Haute Ardèche 1/2d

Head to the Ardèche canyons for a half-day whitewater excursion! Come and enjoy a splashing experience in the shadow of the charming Ardèche mountains, in a preserved natural setting of exceptional beauty.

Departing from Astet, we will reach the canyon by hiking on the surrounding trails: an immersive and 100% amphibious experience which promises you to encounter a diversity of shimmering landscapes. At all times, our team of state-certified instructors supports you, from familiarization with the equipment to learning different white water swimming techniques. As guides as teachers, our professionals are at your disposal to guarantee you atailor-made activity, adapted to your pace of progress.

Once you're confident, let's go for the descent of the canyon! On the program, a wide range of activities at the bottom of the watercourse: natural slides, a little climbing, jumps above a few waterfalls, swimmingin crystal clear blue water... Enough to make all your escape dreams come true! It is possible to avoid the most dizzying jumps by going around them if thrills are not your cup of tea.

Once the activity is finished, we will return to our starting point by walking: you will enjoy the calm of the Ardèche panorama and will have plenty of time to recover from the intense emotions experienced during the activity. br />

• Canyoning is a family sport, which you can practice from the age of 12.
• This route is classified among the least difficult.
• Come equipped with a swimsuit and sports shoes that you don't care too much for.
