What does it consist of?

Do you want to exercise while surpassing yourself and enjoying the beauty of the Ardèche landscapes? Choosing an activity can be difficult among the multitude of activities available to you. So opt directly for our two-hour adventure session combining canyoning, climbing, cavingand adventure course !

Once the canyoning equipment has been put on and the safety instructions have been understood, an instructor will accompany you to a site in Rochecombe where you can put on the equipment. test your physical and mental strength… Different obstacles await you, such as rappelling down the canyon (up to 30 m high), ziplines, and even pendulum jumps! Don't worry, however, you will always be able to bypass these obstacles and follow an alternative path if you feel the need.
