Canyoning Eaux-Froides adult in Mayres 1/2d

Discover Ardèche in a new way by joining a canyoning activity in Mayres.

The Eaux-Froides Canyon welcomes you whatever your level, and from 7 years old, to discover the joys of canyoning! This activity is suitable for beginners, the only requirement being that participants know how to swim with ease! It is perfect for a half day with family or between friends.

Before starting your experience, you will meet your qualified instructor and attend a safety briefing. Afterwards, put on a neoprene suit, socks and canyoning shoes as well as a helmet and you are ready!

The approach walk for this activity is only 5 minutes, so you will quickly enjoy the joys of fresh water. Supervised by your instructor, you will descend for 2h30 thanks to swimming, walking in the water, jumping /strong> up to 7 meters (which it is always possible to bypass if necessary) and slides dug into the rocks. This activity is particularly fun and you will come away with the want to do it again!

In order to prepare yourself as best as possible for your experience, we advise you to bring a swimsuit, change of clothes, a bottle of water per person and a solid snack (a cereal bar for example).
