Sports canyoning at the Borne canyon 5 hours

A specialist instructor passionate about nature sports accompanies you and your friends or colleagues on a course extra rich in adrenaline for a duration of five hours of activity in summer temperatures.

It is important to know how to swim since you will cross different streams, between the heights of the rocky hills and the descent of white water in the Gorges de la Borne. You will venture into avery sporty course, walking, climbing rock walls, jumps from 0 to 8 m, being circumventable of course, sensational zip line descents and abseiling .

The walk before the start of the activity, to get to the canyon is 5 minutes and the return is just 20 minutes. You will have beenprepared for your route in advance during an informative briefing,or you will have at the same time taken the opportunity to equip yourself with your canyoning equipment.

Either: a protective helmet, a full wetsuit, a pair of neoprene socks, harness, long, descender which will be provided to you, and your swimsuit and sports shoes - preferably canyoning - that you will have taken with you.

Also take something to eat with you, a bottle of water and a meal, since during the five-hour canyoning you will probably be a little hungry.
