Canyoning at Canyon de la Freyte - 4h

Would you like to discover canyoning in Ariège? We have the ideal activity for a gentle initiation!

We offer you an introductory canyoning outing to the Canyon de la Freyte in Niaux. This canyon has a fairly low water level in certain places and easy obstacles surrounded by refreshing water pools.
Ideal for an outing with family or friends, you can recharge your batteries in these white waters around the forest located at the foot of the peak of the three lords.

We provide you with the necessary equipment such as neoprene suits (pants and jacket), neoprene slippers and special canyoning shoes, a harness, a helmet and waterproof containers to store your personal belongings.
However, you must come with your swimsuit (preferably already on), a towel and sports shoes that hold your feet well. Unfortunately, if you wear a size smaller than 36 we will not be able to provide you with shoes if you do not have any.

During this outing to thefreyte canyon, you will be accompanied by a professional instructor who will guide and help you. In a friendly and fun atmosphere, you will discover the joys of canyoning in Ariège.

You will be welcomed at the meeting point by one of our super instructors, he will take care of you and give you a briefing on the activity, the instructions and the safety rules.
Afterwards, he will provide you with the materials and equipment then you will leave for the canyon to begin the adventure!
