Canyoning at the Canyon de la Freyte - 4h

Would you like to discover canyoning in Ariège? We have the ideal activity for a gentle initiation!

We offer an initiation to canyoning at the Canyon de la Freyte in Niaux. This canyon has a fairly low water level in some places and easy obstacles surrounded by a refreshing pool of water.
Ideal for an outing with family or friends, you can recharge your batteries in these white waters around the forest located at the foot of the peak of the three lords.

We provide you with the necessary equipment such as neoprene suits (trousers and jacket), neoprene slippers and special canyoning shoes, a harness, a helmet and waterproof containers to store your personal belongings.
On the other hand, you must come with your swimsuit (preferably already put on), a towel and sports shoes that hold your feet well. Unfortunately, if you wear a shoe size smaller than 36 we will not be able to provide you with shoes if you do not have one.

During this trip to La Freyte canyon, you will be accompanied by a professional instructor who will guide and help you. In a friendly and fun atmosphere, you will discover the joys of canyoning in Ariège.

You will be welcomed at the meeting point by one of our super instructors, he will take care of you and give you a briefing on the course of the activity, the instructions and the safety rules.
Afterwards, he will provide you with the materials and equipment then you will go to the canyon to start the adventure!
