We invite you to discover a must-see route in the region. The Marc Canyon is an ideal route to discover all aspects of this aquatic discipline!
You will encounter a dozen obstacles of different sizes, each more fun than the last. Everyone will find what they are looking for among all these stages. You can do a abseiling of 17 meters, a jump of 6 meters, a zip line and many more activities that will give you an unparalleled adrenaline rush.
In addition to being sensational, this canyon is located in a magical setting which will offer you magnificent landscapes. You will have the chance to move through splendid gorges through clear streams and clear waterfalls!
What better way to discover a new activity than such a decor?
If you are up for this unforgettable adventure, we will meet you in the town of Vicdessos. Your route will pass through the commune of Auzat, the Village of Marc and the Valley of Vicdessos. The site is 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse and 1 hour 40 minutes from Carcassonne.
To ensure your comfort and your safety, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, you will only need to bring a swimsuit, a towel, closed shoes ( such as sneakers or hiking shoes), an elastic band if you have long hair and a cord if you wear glasses. Also remember to take a bottle of water and a small snack.
Here are the conditions for participating in this sport canyoning:
- Know how to swim at least 25 meters and know how to fully submerge your body.
- Do not have any medical contraindication to canyoning.
- Measure at least 1m25.
- Weigh a maximum of 135 kg.
You will also have the chance to take home photos of your experience! You will be ableso you can remember it or share it with your loved ones.

- Equipment complies with current standards (CE, UIAA, PPE) and checked regularly including:
- A 5mm neoprene wetsuit with jacket and long john.
- 3 mm neoprene slippers.
- A helmet.
- Rappelling kit (harness, lanyards, carabiners and descender).
- Backpack and pharmacy.
- Allow a total of 3 hours 30 minutes for this activity with:
- Reception and equipment for 35 minutes.
- 15 minute approach walk.
- 2 hours of descent of the canyon.
- 30 minutes of debriefing.
- You can agree on a time with your guide after your reservation.
