How is the activity going?
- We will meet you at the parking lot in front of the Vicdessos Town Hall, where your teacher and the other participants are waiting for you. You will then receive a briefing on the day's activities as well as the precautions to take to ensure your safety while canyoning.
- We generally progress on ropes, so before starting the walk, we will teach you how to progress so that you can enjoy the descent.
- There are two memorable scenes towards the end: "The syringe" and "The cave". You will descend behind a 20-meter waterfall, which is the birthplace of the legendary animals of Ariège.
- It will take you an hour and a half to reach the Subra canyon.
Good to know:
- It is useful to know that a good physical condition is required.
- Bring your bathing suits and towels.
- Something to tie your hair up.
- A bottle of water.
