How does the activity take place?

• Upon your arrival, an instructor will take care of debriefingyou on the activity as well as the safety instructions to take into account.
• You will then receive the materials and equipment necessary for the activity to take place, namely wetsuit, helmet, etc.
• You are now ready for the adventure, all you have to do is set out and enjoy the landscape and the waterfalls that surround you. The activity, consisting of going up the waterways, swimming and floating, will allow you to relax, let go and admire the splendor of the places around you.

Recommendations :

• Wearing a swimsuit in addition to closed shoesis required for participation in the activity.

• It is imperativefor each person wishing to participate to know how to swim.
