Canyoning descent to Granges d’Astau 3h

On the way to theOô canyonfor a hike guided by a state certified instructor, where you will surpass your own limits. In a 3-hour course, you and your group will be able to climb the most beautiful spots and have fun in a fun, adventurous and atypical atmosphere.

The activity can begin at the departure from Granges d'Astau, which is located just after the village of OÔ. A sublime hiking plan that extends along the High Valleythat you can explore in every nook and cranny. There you will find your state certified instructor waiting for you to welcome your group.

You will be provided with the necessary equipment, helmet, full neoprene suit and harness, giving you everything you need to make it your adventurer's equipment. You will bring a pair of sports sneakers, your swimsuit and a towel and everything will be complete.

You will then be able to benefit from thevaluable canyoning instructions, for technical practice as well as safety, and get started on your journey. You will explore the Oô canyon, its heavenly settings, between high jumps, water slide descents or abseiling for an activity rich in sensations.

Canyoning in Oô gives you the opportunity to experience the rocky heights and whitewater currents. The course is accessible to the majority of people with the necessary basic swimming skills, a required level, which proves your autonomy in the water. Most of the time, the difficulty of the course requires that the youngest be at least 12 years old.
