Canyoning in 1/2 day at La Belle au Bois canyon

Dare to canyon! If you like challenges, sport and nature, you will definitely enjoy pleasure practicing this activity rich in adrenaline!

You will leave in a group with a state qualified instructor towards the Canyon La Belle au Bois. It benefits from an ideal location just an hour's drive from Chamonix in Haute-Savoie and offers beautiful landscapes that will remain engraved in your memory.

No prerequisites to participate in the activity, other than being at least twelve years old. The route you will travel will be dotted with water obstacles of all kinds, accessible to everyone with a little courage. Don’t hesitate to come as a family to encourage each other and share this emotional moment together!

Your instructor will be waiting for you in the hamlet “Le Maz” near Megève. On your arrival he will present the safety instructions and provide you with the canyoning equipment, then you will begin the walk along the Le Planay stream .

During nearly three hours of walking, you will have the opportunity to overcome several obstacles such as descents from basins or cascades in jump or in rappel (up to 30 meters high), and have fun sliding down natural slides. At the end of the session, we will return together to the starting point by a 15-minute walk.

Venture to places that you would not normally have had access to, while benefiting from the supervision of a professional of the practice and the places. As a reward after so much effort and surpassing yourself, you will come out of the experience with more confidence in you, and wonderful landscapes in memory!

Good to know: Remember to bring a swimsuit and comfortable sports shoes.
