You can count on 45 minutes of walking to the canyon and a quarter of an hour of equipment. Remember to bring your swimsuit, sports shoes and a bottle of water with you, the rest of the equipment will be provided to you. You can then prepare your muscles for2 to 3 hours of canyoning.
