Set off to discover the canyons of Lozérien, thanks to the daylong descent of the canyon of the Guard!
Located in one of the most beautiful canyons in the region, this descent is ideal for a first experience of canyoning, combining both landscapes < a superb sporting challenging experience. Children can join you from 10 years old, making sure they know how to swim and can follow for About 4 hours.
To ensure that your activity runs smoothly, you will start with a safety briefing by the instructor qualified State /strong> which will accompany you throughout your descent.
You will be equipped with a neoprene suit as well as shoes specially designed for canyoning which will allow you to stay in b throughout the descent.
To ensure your safety, you will wear a helmet and a harness, an essential element for the rappelling descents that await you!
After a walk approach of around thirty minutes, you will begin your descent which will last approximately 4 hours. During this time, you will go through slides, you will rappel and you will jump into pools of clear water. Your instructor is at your side to help and you reassure if necessary.
For lunch, a stop for a picnic is planned. You will be able to enjoy the view while enjoying the picnic you have brought. To avoid disappointment we recommend a solid picnic that is not sensitive to movement (sandwich and cereal bar for example) .
