This adventure is ideal with family, with friends or for special events such as bachelor parties . It does not require prior experience, just a compatible physical shape for the practice and knowing how to swim correctly. children under 7 years old are prohibited.

Before taking part in this activity, you are briefed on safety by a state-certified instructor who will be at your side throughout the 'adventure. You are equipped with a suit, neoprene socks, a helmet and a waterproof bag to store your personal belongings.

During 3 hours of fun in Lozère, you slide on natural slides, you jump /strong> in swimming pools dug into the rock and you even try abseiling in a waterfall (around 5 meters). Canyoning gives you the perfect blend of adrenaline and fun. The instructor is there to guide you and he adapts to the level of each group!

To ensure that your activity goes as smoothly as possible, remember to bring your swimsuit, a snack, a sufficient quantity of water and change of clothes for the outing!
