Canyoning La Garde adult in Prévencheres 1/2d

canyoning in Lozère, in the La Garde canyon, promises you a half day of adventure and entertainment. Suitable for people who have not had prior canyoning experience, it does however require a certain sporting level to be able to follow the group with ease.

This descent of the canyon lasting around 3h30 includes the entire range of obstacles present in this discipline. You will therefore have to walk and swim in the water, jump a few meters, go through slides dug out in the rock and rappel! No worries if you are not familiar with these techniques, the qualified instructor who accompanies you at all times is there to guide you and give you his best advice.

This activity is open from 14 years old, due to its difficulty we do not recommend it for people not very sporty or people in overweightwho might find this descent too difficult.

To ensure that your experience takes place in the best conditions, a safety briefing will be given to you by the instructor who will follow you throughout the moment. You will also need to put on a suit, socks, shoesand a helmet! We advise you to bring with you a swimsuit, change of clothes, sufficient water and a snack easily transportable (cereal bars, etc.).
