Procedure:
- Meeting at the meeting place.
- Briefing from the instructor and answers to questions from participants.
- Distribution of the materials necessary for the activity.
- Descent for 2h30 in each of the canyons.
- Return to the meeting place around 6 p.m. and disperse.
Good to know:
- Transportation is not included in the price of this activity.
- You must be comfortable in the water to be able to swim during the activity.
- You must be able to jump from one to 2 m into the water.
- You must be able to walk for a long time.
- An instructor can accompany a group of a maximum of 10 people.
- Bring lace-up sports shoes, a swimsuit and a towel.
What does the activity include

How long the activity lasts
- The average duration of a descent is 2 and a half hours.
- You must therefore allow 5 hours of descent and 3 to 4 hours more for the entire activity.

- After making the online reservation, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability, set a time and meeting point and confirm the weather conditions.
