Full-scale Canyoning Day at the Bitet Canyon

The lower Bitet canyon is a must-see in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. It is varied and offers many magnificent landscapes. It is located near Laruns and offers you the opportunity to explore the variousnatural resources of this region.

This activity is precisely an opportunity for you to take advantage of this canyon to practice your favorite discipline which is Canyoning. So you understand, this activity is specifically for people who have already mastered this practice, or fornovices or occasional practitioners in good physical condition.

You will find your happiness there. You will do abseilings over 30 meters, slide down natural slides at an altitude of 10 meters, go through waterfalls and swim. You will put into practice everything you have acquired before, in a new setting, very idyllic and conducive to advanced physical efforts. You will be able to demonstrate courage, motivation, determination and scope. A thrilling 6-hour day that will make you experience a multitude of thrills and an extraordinary adrenaline rush.

Departure for this activity is scheduled for 9 a.m., from a meeting point that will be communicated to you by your instructor who will meet you there. We advise you to bring your own vehicle so that you can use it for travel to the canyon.

Once everyone has gathered, your state certified instructor who will accompany you will give you a briefing and give you some advice regarding your safety. He will also give you your neoprene suit as well as all the other equipment you will need to prepare yourself and embark on this breathtaking canyoning trip.
