Introduction to canyoning on the Ste Suzanne River 3 hours

It's a three-hour introduction to canyoning, perfect for all groups of friends or families who have never discovered this aquatic leisure activity before. In a breathtaking setting, the Sainte Suzanne River, also known as the Bassin Bœuf, you will have your breath taken away by all the scenery you will encounter between bright green forest and crystal clear waters.

This activity is supervised by a qualified instructor, whose good humor and professionalism will put you at ease from your arrival until the end of your canyoning descent . After welcoming you, he will give you a briefing, in which he will present the progress of the activity, the safety measures and will describe all the techniques that you will use throughout this adventure.

Then, he will distribute all the individual equipment necessary for each of you, which you will put on before starting this activity. You will not have to do any approach walking, because you will already be at the descent site. Your descent will last three hours and you will be able to discover jumps with heights ranging from two to ten meters, but also a guided abseiling with a length of 25 m.
You will also explore two sensational zip lines of 5 and 30 m and large and magnificent emerald-colored pools of water. Of course, all jumps and zip lines are optional. If you do not feel comfortable doing them, you can talk to your accompanying instructor and avoid them, taking an alternative route.

Once the activity is over, you will have a return walk that lasts 20 minutes until you arrive at the starting point. This activity combines sport with entertainment and allows you to discover the Sainte Suzanne River as well as its surprising waterfalls (around thirty), with family or friends.
