Process of the activity:
- We warmly welcome you to our site in Bourg Saint Maurice, then we will leave for 20 minutes of walking towards the beginning of the route.
- A instructor will be present to supervise you and accompany you throughout the descent of the canyon. He will provide you with the canyoning gear and equipment such as helmet, neoprene suit, neoprene boots, ropes , the harness…
- Finally, before starting the descent, he will give you a briefing to explain the route and the safety rules.
- Let's go for the canyoning descent of the Écot canyon! The jumps, slides and abseiling will leave you with unforgettable memories of superb moments in the middle of nature !

- Remember to bring water, a snack, good shoes, a towel and a change of clothes comfortable.
- We offer transportation from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Saint Foy, Tignes and Val from Isère.
