Join us in the commune of La Palud-sur-Verdon to discover the beautiful Baou canyon, one of the canyons that make up the Grand Canyon du Verdon. On your arrival, you will be received by our instructor who will immediately put you at ease and give you an explanatory briefing. During the latter, you will receive all the important information about the course and the canyon, as well as all the safety measures that you will have to follow and respect.

After the instructor has answered all your questions, he will give you your equipment, including a neoprene wetsuit and a helmet that you will put on, then set off to discover this exceptional aquatic leisure.
