Want an activity that is a change from everyday life in Ariège? Come and take a hike in the Siech Cave!

Located in Tarascon sur Ariège, today we have the pleasure of offering you an introduction to caving and the underground world to discover the galleries of the Siech cave. You will have the opportunity to learn about caving in this original and unique activity which will teach you a lot about the formation of galleries and their conservation.

On foot in these large cavities, you will be amazed by the natural work of water on these rocks.

Come to the SCA center in Niaux to join us! One of our passionate and professional instructors will be waiting for you to give you a warm welcome.
Afterwards, he will give you a briefing and provide the equipment to explore the cave. You will set off together for this exhilarating adventure in the Siech Cave.

You will discover the underground world from all its angles, accompanied by your instructor who will be there to guide and help you.
He will explain to you the formation of this little world under the earth and you will see for yourself the work that the water did to dig out these treasures.

Good to know:

Bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothing for the activity (jogging style or hiking pants) as well as a change of clothing for the outing. A sweater or fleece would also be ideal depending on the season.
