You just need to be in good physical condition and have no contraindications. This half day is therefore open to the general public. It will require walking, lying down crawling and basic level climbing. So you have nothing to worry about.

Sequence:

Upon your arrival at the meeting point previously agreed with the instructor, the latter will welcome you with a briefing and safety instructions to follow.
He will then give you the equipment you will need to do this caving activity, then you will head towards the Balagué cave.
The journey through the cave will last between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, depending on the pace of the group and the time spent on breaks.
