This freediving course in the pool is open from beginner level.
It will allow you to progress quickly in freediving. You will discover the different possible activities and the treasures that this fantastic discipline conceals.

Three hours in a 5-meter pool allow you to comfortably progress on the fundamentals of freediving:

breathing, recovery, relaxation, immersion, ...
A session at sea allows you to discover the different freediving techniques:
constant weight, free immersion, light weight.

A medical certificate of no contraindication to apnea is recommended.
