On your arrival in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, you will meet our state qualified instructors who will welcome you with open arms. They will then provide you with a security briefing to follow so that the session takes place in the best conditions. This session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced players who are eager to learn.

This training takes place over 5 hours and 30 minutes and consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. strong> in the swimming pool where you can learn the basics of scuba diving. At the end of this training, you will be able to dive safely to a maximum depth of 20 meters, accompanied by an instructor or an experienced diver. Level 1 FFESSM is the first step in diving training in France. It corresponds to an international diver certification which has the ultimate objective of solo diving. This is an important session for anyone who wants to discover scuba diving and who plans to continue their training to become advanced divers.
