Tour of Reunion Island by helicopter - 45 min

Have you ever flown over Reunion Island and observed all its details, richness and diversity? Now you have the opportunity to do so and live a surreal experience, thanks to the activity we offer.

It is, in fact, an exceptional helicopter flight that will allow you to discover the intense island and all its most attractive and spectacular places. A commented tour that will take you to the essentials of this little paradise on earth. Aboard an Airbus H130 type helicopter, you will be able to go on this air trip with friends, colleagues or even your family. You can be up to five people on board and you can even take your children with you on this adventure.

The start will take place in the town of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, at Route Cannière, less than 20 minutes by car from Saint-Paul. As soon as you arrive at your meeting point, you will meet your instructor and pilot. He will be happy to brief you on the course of this flight, as well as the safety measures to be observed on board the helicopter. He will answer all your questions, then introduce you to the aircraft, before inviting you to settle in.

The pilot will then take off to show you your first destination: the Piton de la Fournaise. This active volcano culminating at an altitude of 2,632 m will surprise you when you fly over it. An impressive experience that will give you stars in your eyes.

The flight continues to completely change the scenery for you, passing from a landscape on land and reddish volcanic sands to the tropical greenery of the Three Circuses: Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos. You are now in the heart of the island, where you will discover the circuses and the unmissable Trou de Fer, at the Cirque de Salazie, representing a 300 m deep and in which you will contemplate a magnificent waterfall.

Then head for the territory of Saint-Benoît, to fly over the Takamaka Valley, an unmissable area, in which you will observe impressive waterfalls, before heading towards the Grand Étang, a huge volcanic lake that will leave you breathless.
