Want to be outdoors and have contact with nature? So don’t hesitate any longer and come learn how to ride a horse or improve your skills!We are located in Fréjus, in theVar, 45 minutes by car fromSaint-TropezandCannes .
Once you arrive at the equestrian center, you will be greeted by one of our rider-instructors who will be happy to explain how the center works. He will show you the horses, how to take care of them and all the safety rules.
We will provide you with complete equipmentfor your safety, a helmet in your size, a saddle and a horse adapted to your level. You will learn how to saddle him, clean his hooves and his hair, which will allow you to create a relationship of trust with the horse.
Once the preparations are complete, let the adventure begin. You start by learning how to ride it, giving it directions. You will start the course with walking, then if you are comfortable you will continue with trotting. Then, if your instructor thinks that you have assimilated all the basic knowledge, you can try galloping.
You will live an extraordinary experience, in total communion with your horse. If you're looking for thrills and good doses of adrenaline, don't worry, you won't be disappointed.
