Description of Horse course in Fréjus - one day
Do you want outdoors and have contact with nature? So don't hesitate any longer and come and learn how to ride a horse or improve your skills!We are located in Fréjus, in the Var, 45 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez and Cannes .
Once you arrive at the equestrian center, you will be greeted by one of our rider-instructors who will be happy to explain how the center works. He will show you the horses, how to take care of them and all the safety rules.
We will provide you with complete equipment for your safety, a helmet in your size, a saddle and a horse adapted to your level. You will learn how to saddle him, clean his hooves and his hair, which will allow you to create a relationship of trust with the horse.
Once the preparations are complete, let the adventure begin. You start by learning how to ride it, giving it directions. You will start the course with walking, then if you are comfortable you will continue with trotting. Then, if your instructor thinks that you have assimilated all the basic knowledge, you can try cantering.
You will live an out of the ordinary experience, in total communion with your horse. You, looking for thrills and good doses of adrenaline, do not worry, you will not be disappointed.
