Pony ride in hand - Forest of Rochefort 1/2h

Give your child a wonderful introduction to riding with our shetland ride in hand at Longvilliers!

This 30-minute activity is ideal for younger children and beginners, promises a fun and educational experience in a safe environment.

During this walk, your child will have the opportunity to ride an adorable pony. The shetland, known for its softness and robustness, is the perfect companion for a first riding experience. They will be accompanied by one of our qualified instructors who will guide the pony by hand, ensuring the safety and comfort of your child.

The walk starts at the equestrian centre, where your child will be introduced to pony riding and will learn some basic riding skills. Once comfortable, they will set off for a scenic ride around our grounds, giving your child a new perspective on the landscape of Longvilliers. But, it's not just about going up. Horseback riding is also a great opportunity for children to get to know these wonderful animals, understand their needs and find out how to take care of them.

Our pony ride is an introduction to riding in a fun way. You could ignite a passion in your child that will last a lifetime!
