Hydrospeed also known as riverboarding is an adventure sport which consists of using a small floating board to strong>sailing on the river. Unlike Kayaking or e rafting, hydrospeed allows you to quickly descend the Nive with your head forward and using your arms and legs. legs tosteer, maneuver and control the speed.

A typical hydrospeed board is made of dense foam and shaped like a miniature surfboard, with handles and fins for better control. You will wear a wetsuit, flippers, a helmet and a life jacket for a perfect progress of the activity.

During your session, you will follow an instructor on a river course which can go from calm sections to rapids. Your instructor will be able to fully explain to youthe techniques to use to best manage your riverboarding. There will also be demonstrations and training to make sure everyone can master the board.

Hydrospeeding is a physical and fascinating activity that requires the ability to swim and be comfortable in fast waters.
