This activity is supervised by an instructor and river guide. He will guide you, accompany you on this adventure and watch over your safety. As soon as you arrive at our leisure center, he will receive you and then give you a safety briefing. In it, he will give you advice on how to use the fins and the float, etc., but will also inform you of the various safety instructions that you will have to follow.
After the briefing, it will be time for the equipment. He will give you all the necessary equipment, then board a minibus with you for the shuttle to the starting point. You will then be able to start your white water swim.

It's a hydrospeed descent that you will be able to do in the heart of Savoie, from the town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice and towards the town of Like. A fairly sporty and sensational descent, aimed at thrilling you while improving your skills in white water swimming. On the Haute-Isère, you will travel 13 km of river over a period of two hours.
The first part, which lasts an hour and a half, takes you to Gothard, passing through Landry and takes you through a rapid rated class IV. This part is the one that introduces you to swimming techniques in rapids, in a fun and fairly accessible way. The second part, however, is where the adrenaline rushes come one after the other, once you go through the Aime Rapids.
All this activity will be supervised by a river guide monitor. He is passionate, but above all state qualified. He will therefore be friendly and educational and will watch over your safety, from your arrival at the leisure center until the end of your activity. He will welcome you, brief you on the activity, give you the necessary equipment, then accompany you to your activity.
