Today, we are offering you an introduction to this sport, both fun and sporty, which will push you to go beyond your limits.

Meet at our nautical base at La Moutonne beach. When you arrive, you will meet the team who will accompany you throughout the activity. Our state-certified professional instructors will be able to pass on their passion for this water sport as well as valuable advice so that you can learn and progress in the best conditions.
You will learn how to keep your balance on the board which is equipped with a foil, that is to say a fin that will propel you out of the water as well as all the basics necessary to make the most of this aquatic experience.

Once equipped, you will take place on the water and you will be towed little by little by the boat as it picks up speed. This session is ideal for beginners, as it allows you to gain confidence and to be able to concentrate on your board before also having to manage the sail to steer.

It is on the waters of the Mediterranean that you will glide for a moment of relaxation and unprecedented freedom. Take advantage of these 20 minutes to free yourself from all the stress of everyday life and let yourself go on the water in an idyllic setting.
