Calanques National Park orientation course 1/2 day

We are delighted to present to you this one-day orienteering course in one of the most beautiful landscapes in France. It is in fact located in the calanques national park which is located in thebeautiful town of La Ciotat, less than an hour from Marseille >. It's a beautiful region with lots to discover. Between creeks, forests and mountains, you will spend a lot of time admiring the landscapes that surround you.

In addition to the admiration you will have towards the landscape, you will live an experience full of other emotions, notably adrenaline, which will be the master sensation which will push you to find the hidden beacons in this activity. You will need to be concentrated and know how to use the compass and themapwhich will be given to you. It's a race against the clock, which means you'll also need to be efficient in terms of time management. You will also be required to cooperate with a group to achieve the same goal, which will teach you to progress as a unit, and to be strategic and flexible, so that the whole group can win together.

You will start the activity by gathering at the meeting point at theCalanques National Park. You will then meet your instructorwho will detail the principle and progress of the race during a briefing. He will also tell you about the safety instructions to follow and will give you your compass and your map to find the markers.
