The activity takes place at the Verdon Regional Natural Park which engorges the famous Lac de Castillon, an essential lake in the PACA region. This formula lasts 1 hour, during which you will become one with the nature that surrounds you. Once there at the time agreed with the instructor, you will be welcomed, briefed and provided with all the equipment necessary to carry out the activity. Safety instructions will then be given to you so that your Stand Up Paddle experience takes place in the best conditions.
