If you are looking for a nautical activity to do in Aude, alone, with friends or accompanied by your family members, you are in the right place.

It's time for you to discover stand up paddle (also known as SUP) by participating in this one-hour activity. The latter is both fun, sporty and revealing breathtaking landscapes. Arrival at the starting point where you will be welcomed by an instructor.

Learning the important aspects of SUP: maneuvering and balance on board the paddle.
Start of the activity to discover the calm water areas, between a place of your choice: Leucate, Barcarès and the Palme Pond.
