Less than an hour from Poitiersand Angoulême, you can easily reach the nautical base, from where this activity starts , without having to leave your home. You will therefore be welcomed by the staff at the Forges nautical base, where the equipment will be assigned to you, but also presented, so that you can know the usefulness of each tool . Aninstructorwill then take care of giving you some explanations concerning the positions for which you will have to opt as well as the techniques used, to navigateand keep your balance on the >board.

For 10 minutes, the instructor will show you in practice how to move on the water, while observing you making your first attempts. Once you have mastered the correct technique, you can choose the route that most appeals to you and navigate throughout the two-hour adventure.
