Before venturing out on the water, our qualified instructors will give you safety instructions and brief you on the techniques of use and the positions. They will share valuable tips to help you maintain your balance and get the most out of your experience.

To familiarize yourself with the board and the movements, you will begin your initiation on the beach. Our instructors will show you the correct postures, how to stand up on the board and how to paddle effectively. This will give you the opportunity to feel comfortable before heading out on the water.

Once ready, you'll head out into the water for the true stand-up paddleboarding experience. Glide over the calm waters and experience the sensation of floating above the surface. Take advantage of this hour to explore the surroundings, admire the beautiful landscapes and connect with nature.
