Want to try a nautical activity to cool off? So come and savor the joys ofStand Up Paddle in Fréjus!

We are located in Fréjus in the Var region, just 16 minutes from Saint-Raphaël and 35 kilometers from Saint- Tropez.

Once you arrive on site, you will be greeted by one of our monitors who will reveal to you, during a briefing, the safety rules to be observed, as well as the proper use of stand up paddle equipment.

Once the briefing is completed, we will provide all the necessary equipment to carry out this activity. We will give you a life jacket, a paddle, a airtight container for your personal belongings and a map.

You will sail on the Argans, a river stretching over more than 100 kilometers through the Var. The waters and the setting in which you will evolve during your paddle rental is Natura 2000 classified. Remember to look everywhere, you will see a luxuriant fauna and flora. You will lose yourself, following the current, in the shade of the treetops, thus discovering stunning landscapes and relaxing.

• In order to carry out this activity, you must be able to swim, a mandatory prerequisite.
• Children are accepted from the age of 5 with their parents.
