Are you looking for an exciting and strategic activity in Normandy for your children? Discover paintball! This discipline consists of a confrontation between several teams equipped with paint ball guns to recover a specific objective. About fifteen minutes from Dieppe and less than an hour from Rouen you will discover a space designed for this sport!

To begin your performance, you are equipped with a ball launcher, a chest protector and a mask. This helps protect you from unwelcome paintballs in your ribs or eyes, for example. However, don't worry, the beads are not painful, you will only feel a little tingling! For children, the equipment is adapted to their ages, so from 7 to 12 years old the launchers are less powerful!

To be comfortable and make the most of your experience, we advise you to wear clothing in which you are comfortable, preferably rather loose and tennis . If you have gloves it's even better! The paint used in the beads goes very well in the wash, if you are afraid for your clothes, the company suggests that you buy jumpsuits to wear over them.

A facilitator is present on the ground with you at all times, it is he who will give you the objective to follow and advise you on strategies. The time for 150 balls is around 1h30, enough to have a good time and become the James Bond of paintball!
