Flying a paraglider is very easy: we welcome all audiences without distinction of experience or sporting abilities, from 3 years old! Trust our team of enthusiasts to design an adventure that matches your childhood dreams in the skies of Verdon.
- Upon welcoming you to our base in Barrême, your professional instructor will take care of you during a safety briefing and the equipment. In particular, you will need a harness, a helmet, and safety equipment ensuring suspension under the sail.
- Then, we take the shuttleto the takeoff location! Located in the heart of the Verdon, the site from which you will jump paragliding overlooks some of the most beautiful landscapes of Provence. From the snow-capped peaks of the Alps to the Var valleys, a panoramic dive into the treasures of the Mediterranean natural heritage.
- The little anecdote that pleases: it is impossible to feel dizzy during a paragliding flight! When you are completely suspended, without an anchor point to the ground, the vertigo disappears and you can fully enjoy the exhilarating sensations aroused by altitude.

What does the activity include
- A first flight in paragliding, in tandem with a state-certified instructor

How long the activity lasts
- The flight lasts between 10 and 15 minutes. Plan to spend up to an hour on site getting equipped and unequipped.
When your activity starts and finishes
- Paragliding is subject to weather conditions. Contact the instructor to confirm or postpone the date of your activity and the take-off site.
