Program of the activity:

• Meet at the place and time agreed with your instructor, where you will meet him at your reception. After brief check-in formalities, he will be happy to brief you on the progress of the day as well as the security conditions that you are expected to respect to ensure a safe (and fun!) activity.

• This done, he will provide you with all the necessary equipment, and will explain to you the usefulness of each of the equipmentprovided.
