Around an idyllic setting, you will have to demonstrate good physical condition, courageand team cohesion, taking into account the fact that there will be 3 to 8 of you on the same boat. One thing is certain, throughout the activity you will be in the good hands of an experienced and experienced instructor, who will be able to assist you throughout this experience.

All necessary equipment will be provided to you on departure and is included in the offer. So, you will have at your disposal a wetsuit, a helmet, a life jacket and a paddle. You should only plan to bring your motivation, your swimming skills (obligatory), a swimsuit and closed shoes.

Program of the activity:
