Everything is designed for your safety, the person who supervises you is a qualified instructor and all the necessary safety equipment is provided to you. Thermal suits are available for all body types.

Please note that pregnant women and people with back problems should not practice this activity which may cause shock. Children under 6 years old cannot take part in this activity either, as it may be too complicated for them.
