1/2 day rafting at Lake Castet in spring

This will be an opportunity to spend half a day doing rafting, an adventure activity that requires a lot of effort, commitment and perseverance, but which is also a great way to get to know and appreciate the adventurer in you. You will follow the current of the famous Gave d'Ossau river, starting from Laruns and arriving at Lac de Castet, right in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department.

The duration of this rafting descent is approximately 2 hours. The latter is carried out in the middle of the spring season, in time for the snow to begin to melt and increase the volume of water. This results in the raft being able to move even better and faster in the white waters, to give the experience more sensation.

The descent is quite sporty, but is far from impossible to go. You just need to be able to swim and be in good health to be able to do so, with the help of a certified instructor who will supervise and accompany you.
