Rafting on the Nive 6 h - Children

Do you plan to entertain outdoors? How about six hours ofrafting in the best section of the Nive, an emblematic river to do this activity. In addition, you can take your little ones with you and this offer is especially for them!

Let us first introduce you to the Nive. It is the most suitable river for the practice of rafting, as it offers different routes, most of which are ideal for a sensational and memorable descent. This activity then makes you sail on an exceptional course, with your children, the distance of which is 15 km, for a day of six hours. This one, moreover, crosses the majority of the most essential cities of the Basque Country of the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques.

On the day of the activity, you will come and discover our leisure base, in which you will be welcomed. It is located inItxassou, 13 km from Bidarray, but also 75 km from Dax.

One of our instructors will introduce you to the location, as well as the course of the rafting day. He will then assign the individual equipment to each of the participants, then, after having put it on, you will accompany him to the starting point, thanks to a shuttle offered by us. There, the state-certified instructor will give you the boat and give you a safety briefing, with the different navigation techniques and the safety measures to be observed. You will then set off with your children on a quest for adrenaline, fun and new horizons, on part of the La Nive whitewater from class II to III.

• A swimsuit and sunscreen are required. In addition, if your child wears glasses, a rope to tie them is also to be expected, as well as a picnic and something to drink.
