Rafting descent - Rapides d'Aime - 1h30

With familyor between friends, let yourself be tempted by a wild rafting trip on the course of the Isère > ! The rapids are more sensational when you face them as a group: a fabulous cocktail of intense emotions and team spirit, all in the preserved nature of Savoie.

Upon arrival at our activity base, your group will be greeted by our team of professionals, who will provide you with a safety briefing and help you equip yourself with the >equipmentnecessary. Neoprene suit, flotation vest, helmet: everything is designed to combine maximum funwith impeccable safety! Then, we take you to the descent location. It is supervised by an instructor, who accompanies you on board his own boat to guide you through the rapids and provide you with the necessary advice to tame the Savoyard elements.

The rapids of Aime are a succession of technical passages with little names suggesting a splashing adventure! In the “dining room”, the course of the Isère swells with a swirling current, nicknamed “the ham cutting machine”, and when you think you have reached a zone of respite, the “dessert” completes your descent sporty.

Depending on the flow of the river, which is controlled by water releases, two routes are planned: from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Aime or from Bellentre to Centron. Regardless of the route, we will always welcome you at the same meeting point and you will in all cases cross the tumultuous rapids of Aime!

Practical information:

• Changing rooms are available at our premises to equip you and change after the activity.
• All equipment is provided to you: just bring your swimsuit and towel.
• The activity is accessible to those over 12 who can swim.
