During our first meeting, one of our passionate and experienced instructors will give you a 20-minute briefing on the discipline. He will share his advice with you and give you tips for evolving quickly.
You will then head out on the water for 10 minutes of sensational sliding! First, you will hold a rope that connects you to the boat in order to stay at the back of it. You will be able to concentrate on your balance and catching waves. As soon as you finally feel ready, you can let go of this rope and move in complete autonomy behind the boat.
